Message: They did a beautiful job of fixing my fox bracelet! It literally broke the first time I wore it due to the fact that the bracelet was too lightweight for the fox. Scott was able to pull the whole thing apart. Put it on a heavier bracelet and put it back together perfectly. This was no small task. And I am so grateful for his care and expertise. Message: My fiancé and I came here to get an engagement ring. We wanted a custom design since we had 2 heirloom rings and we wanted to make 1 out of them. We went to 2 other jewelers in the area and this was by far the best experience we had. It actually felt like we were custom designing the ring, different from the other places we went were it was just pick something from the case and stick the stones into it. Collette asked us questions no one else had and she even helped do our design would work for future plans for the piece. The timeline she gave us was accurate and the ring looks very well made and is gorgeous. It was truly the best experience and I would not hesitate to come here again for any other buys. The price was comparable to the other places we went too but the experience blew everyone else out of the water. Thank you for making our idea come to life!

Message: Re-Sizing was done in just an hour. They worked hard to keep the intricate engraving pattern on my ring just right! You wouldn’t be able to tell I had it worked on if it weren’t for a slight discoloration in the gold where it was torched. They did better than I expected! Size 9 to Size 8 and it fits perfect! They took the time to make sure I thought about the fit with my wedding band as well which was kind! I could tell they really cared about making me happy. Thank you again!
