Message: The store and inventory are great, but what sets Perrywinkles apart is the customer service. I can’t say enough about how wonderful I was treated as a first-time customer. They took the time to educate me. After many hours on the Rolex site, I thought I had picked out the perfect watch. Once I saw it and tried it on, I had second thoughts. They steered me toward a different model based on the conversations we were having, and the order was placed. Once it arrived, I was not sure who was more excited, me or Arijana, my sales rep! They did an incredible job - the ring looked brand new even though it is 100+ years old. After he proposed we brought the engagement ring in to be resized and again, excellent service.
