Message: We are new pool owners and have visited several pool stores in the area to get our water tested and treated to resolve an issue. After visiting Allen, we are not going anywhere else! After testing our water, they not only explained what to do with the various chemicals to balance our water, but also what each product is doing and how it works with the overall pool system. We finally feel like we understand how our pool works and what is needed to maintain good water quality. The showroom is beautiful and customer service was exceptional. Looking forward to working with Allen Pool & Spas for years to come!

Message: Cannot recommend Allen Pools enough! I wrote in with a specific request of a tub, expecting quite a long wait. Instead Adam wrote back that they had the tub in-stock, coordinating was seamless and delivery happened three weeks later (during a snowstorm! ). We are so in love with our tub, the service exceeded our expectations by far and the continued support just a phone call away is so reassuring. Will recommend for years to come!
